Welcome to this beautiful apartment on the first floor of Vista Maris! Enjoy the breathtaking view over the marina on one side and the vast Oosterschelde on the other side.

Accommodation
Enter the open hallway that leads directly to the cozy living room. Here you'll find a comfortable 2.5-seater sofa, an armchair by the television, and a dining table for four people. Through the narrow balcony (7m2), you have a beautiful view of the beach and the Oosterschelde.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need: cooktop, combi-microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and toaster. Enjoy your fresh coffee or tea thanks to the Nespresso machine and kettle. There's even a cozy little bar with two seats.

From the kitchen, you step onto the spacious balcony (14m2), overlooking the harbor. Here you can relax on the sun loungers or dine comfortably.

The apartment has two nice bedrooms. The first room at the front with a view of the marina has a double bed (180x200cm), bedside tables with bedside lighting and a wardrobe. This bedroom also has a Smart TV and there are blackout curtains. The second room, at the rear with a view of the Eastern Scheldt, offers a double bed (160x200cm) with the same amenities, except for the television.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with rainshower and a sink with mirror and open storage space.

During the hot summer months, it is great to step into a cool flat after a day in the sun. Thanks to air conditioning, you can always enjoy a pleasant indoor temperature, day and night. Whether you want to relax, work or sleep- it remains comfortable no matter how hot it is outside.

For families with small children, there's a foldable baby bed (60x120cm) and a high chair available. Pet lovers are allowed to bring one pet.
